Community Grants
Since 1999, the Rotarian Foundation has awarded grants to nonprofit and charitable organizations as well as to Livermore schools and Las Positas College. Giving these grants is the RFL’s signature way of investing in the Livermore area community.
In 2023, for the first time, RFL was able to award grants in excess of $5,000, thanks to the generous bequest of Dr. Martin Plone, which enhanced the RFL corpus. RFL has been able to continue awarding grants up to $10,000 to deserving community organizations.
The RFL is grateful to the Livermore Valley Education Foundation for partnering with grants awarded to school programs within the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District.
